Miss Irene MacGregor Harris, aged 22, daughter of Dr Harris, Stewartstown, who is doing Red Cross work in England. Miss Harris volunteered for nursing work in April 1915, and was sent to St Patrick Dunn’s Hospital, un Dublin. After two months’ service she had to return home on account of her mother’s illness. Last June she was called up by the Red Cross and was sent to the 1st Southern Hospital, Edgebaston, Birmingham, where she has been working since doing her bit for King and country.
